2. Eligibility

4. Donations, Subscriptions & VAT

4.1 Donations

Directed toward educational programs and aid projects, executed with transparency.

Processed via third-party providers; donorship indicates acceptance of their terms, and Share to Care is not liable for payment processor faults.

Final and non-refundable, barring fraud, technical errors, or duplicate transactions.

4.2 Subscriptions

Opt-in newsletter consenting to email communication, with unsubscribe options provided.

4.3 VAT and Economic Activities (UAE-specific)

VAT applies on taxable supplies at 5%, including sale of goods or ticketed events .

Educational and charitable activities provided free of charge are zero-rated or exempt; we maintain compliance.

VAT registration is mandatory if taxable turnover exceeds AED 375,000 annually

5. User Conduct

Users must not:

Violate local, international, or anti-crime laws;

Transmit defamatory, offensive, or infringing content;

Misrepresent identity or affiliation.

Violations may lead to service suspension and legal consequences.

6. Intellectual Property

Website names, logos, designs, texts, and software are owned or licensed by Share to Care. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Liability cap equals the total donations or fees paid by the user in the 6 months preceding a claim.

Invalid or unenforceable provisions do not affect the enforceability of the remaining Terms.
